Returns Policy
Ensure items are in resalable, unworn, and undamaged condition with original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Refund issued for product cost, excluding postage, with processing time of up to 14 days from return date. Returned items must have all barcode tags and labels attached for processing. Recorded delivery recommended for returns to avoid responsibility for lost items in transit. Refunds or exchanges not available for jewellery, makeup, fragrances, or contact lenses due to hygiene reasons. Contact us before returning faulty or incorrect items within 6 months of receipt. Refund includes full product cost and original delivery charges within 14 days of confirmation. Allow up to 5 working days after refund confirmation email for funds to be credited.
