Refund includes full product cost and original delivery charges within 14 days of confirmation. Allow up to 5 working days after refund confirmation email for funds to be credited. Alternative payment arrangements made if card has expired or been declined. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK.
