Returns Policy

Ensure items are in resalable, unworn, and undamaged condition with original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Refund issued for product cost, excluding postage, with processing time of up to 14 days from return date. Returned items must have all barcode tags and labels attached for processing. Recorded delivery recommended for returns to avoid responsibility for lost items in transit. Refunds or exchanges not available for jewellery, makeup, fragrances, or contact lenses due to hygiene reasons. Contact us before returning faulty or incorrect items within 6 months of receipt. Refund includes full product cost and original delivery charges within 14 days of confirmation. Allow up to 5 working days after refund confirmation email for funds to be credited. Alternative payment arrangements made if card has expired or been declined. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
